Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the pk luk platform at pk-luk.club (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the pk luk Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form the complete legal agreement between you and pk luk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pk luk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the principles of international online gaming law. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk luk Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk luk enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pk luk or any of its certified game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi).
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the pk luk Platform or had a pk luk account closed for breach of these Terms.

pk luk takes underage gambling extremely seriously. During the account registration process and again at the point of first withdrawal, all players are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport — to confirm that they meet the 18+ age requirement. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

If pk luk has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any balance in the account will be withheld and may be permanently forfeited if the investigation confirms underage access. pk luk cooperates with Bangladeshi authorities and responsible gaming organisations in reporting confirmed cases of underage gambling.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of pk luk services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and Kalaka Bingo — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the pk luk Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method identifiers, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk luk's fraud detection systems continuously monitor for duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited without compensation.

KYC Verification Requirements

pk luk is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your name and Bangladesh address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

All KYC documents must be submitted in clear, readable digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). pk luk reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete or unclear. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. pk luk handles all identity documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk luk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk luk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pk luk immediately at [email protected].

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the pk luk Platform — deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency accounts are held, and no currency conversion charges are applied by pk luk to standard BDT transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

pk luk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment services:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals processed within 1 hour.
• Upay (United Commercial Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳300. Withdrawals processed within 1 hour.
• Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. Supported banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved; (b) the withdrawal amount must be at least ৳500; (c) any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (d) the payment method used for withdrawal must match, where possible, the payment method used for the most recent deposit. pk luk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates listed above.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable

Once a deposit has been credited to your pk luk account and used to place bets or wagers, it cannot be refunded. If a deposit is credited in error or a technical issue causes an incorrect amount to be applied, you must notify pk luk immediately at [email protected]. pk luk will investigate and correct any verified error. Attempting to exploit a deposit error constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

pk luk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, BPL season promotions, Eid special offers, and Pohela Boishakh cashback campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated on the relevant bonus offer page and in the promotional email or notification through which the bonus is communicated. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; uncompleted wagering requirements result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method account (i.e., once per bKash number, per Nagad number, etc.). Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by registering additional accounts or using alternative payment identifiers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

pk luk's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

pk luk reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, pk luk's decision, based on its review of account activity and the terms of the specific offer, shall be final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the pk luk sportsbook — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other covered markets — are subject to the general betting rules published on the relevant sport's market page, and to the following overarching principles:

• Minimum bet: ৳50 per selection on all sports markets.
• Accumulator selections: Up to 15 selections per accumulator bet slip.
• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pk luk. pk luk reserves the right to refuse any bet, in part or in full, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time you place the bet and the time it is processed, pk luk will notify you and give you the opportunity to accept or decline the revised odds.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or if it is subsequently determined that the bet was accepted in error (e.g., due to a pricing feed error or manifest odds error). Voided bets are returned to your account balance at stake value.
• Live in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of placement. Live markets may be suspended at any point during play at pk luk's discretion, including during video-assisted reviews, injuries, and weather delays.

Casino games, slots, crash games, and Kalaka Bingo on the pk luk Platform operate according to the rules of the individual game as published by the relevant certified provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi). In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server result, the server result shall prevail as the definitive outcome.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. pk luk may also report such conduct to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the pk luk Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or manifest odds errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the pk luk Platform to cycle funds through deposit and withdrawal without genuine wagering activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games (including live poker, live baccarat, or live blackjack) to manipulate outcomes.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pk luk account, login credentials, or account balance to any third party.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to fraudulently recover funds that were legitimately lost through wagering activity.

pk luk's risk and compliance team monitors all account activity continuously. Detection of any of the above behaviours — even if not immediately actioned — may result in retroactive account closure and balance forfeiture at any point within 180 days of the identified activity.

Account Suspension & Closure

pk luk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 07; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; (d) reasonable suspicion of underage gambling; (e) account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (f) where required by applicable law or at the direction of a competent authority.

In the event of closure for reasons (a) through (d) above, pk luk is not obligated to return the account balance, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled. In the event of closure for inactivity (e), any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳100, applicable from the thirteenth month of inactivity onwards.

Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

You may request voluntary closure of your pk luk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified BDT payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. pk luk will attempt to notify you via email prior to the account becoming subject to the inactivity fee described above. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address registered on your account remains current and accessible. pk luk is not liable for notices that fail to reach you due to an outdated registered email address.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, pk luk's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. pk luk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and pk luk makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of odds, scores, or real-time data feeds.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be interpreted under internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process at pk luk's discretion.
